If you are a customer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days without giving a reason.
However, RSSWAM products and Services are digital content supplied by streaming access, password-protected access, download links, or other digital delivery methods. These products are not supplied on a physical medium.
By proceeding with a purchase of digital content from RSSWAM, you expressly request and consent to immediate access, delivery, streaming availability, password delivery, and/or download availability before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. You acknowledge that once access, streaming, password delivery, download delivery, or other digital performance begins, you lose your EU/EEA right of withdrawal for that purchase.
After digital access or delivery has begun, purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
If you do not wish to lose your withdrawal right, you should not proceed with a purchase that provides immediate digital access. We do not currently offer delayed delivery after the 14-day withdrawal period unless expressly stated otherwise.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
