On a scorching summer day, Maria dons her fresh basketball jersey, crisp white socks, and stylish Nike Uptempo sneakers. She excitedly makes her way to her favorite spot, where she has always indulged in a mud bath. But as she approaches, she is greeted by a disheartening sight. The once muddy lake bank has become a polluted sewage swamp due to the relentless drought and heat. Every step Maria takes stirs up a swarm of flies, and the water is a putrid dark grey with a nauseating rotten smell. However, Maria, or any devoted WAM fan, finds the allure of being completely covered in such filth irresistible. Without hesitation, she jumps right in, reveling in the trash bath, disregarding how her brand-new basketball jerseys, socks, and sneakers will undoubtedly be ruined.
